Apart from his Engineering and Technology professional career in Multinational Company’s managerial role, ‘Vishal Patel’ is by heart, from his soul, a Social Entrepreneur, Motivational Speaker, Writer, Counselor and an Author. He writes Inspirational/Motivational Novels, Stage plays/dramas, Scripts, Skits, Short stories, Blogs, Quotes in four different languages English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati.

Moreover, he is a lead event planner & organizer, event host/anchor and social entrepreneur of every event amongst his friends, relatives, and family, in college as well as in corporate world. Author is holding Bachelor of Engineer degree, in Electronics & Tele-communication, from Mumbai University, and he passed out in 2008, throughout first class with distinction. He is also Diploma holder in Digital Electronics, passed out from Mumbai University, in 2005, throughout first class with distinction. His major academics achievements consists of scoring highest marks and winning 1st prize, in one of the Engineering’s toughest subject, “Engineering Drawing”, during his Diploma college career. He has also invited as an External faculty judge, during National Level Technical Project Showcase in engineering college. He has given many Motivational speeches, seminars to various group of engineering students. Avid Cultural and Sports activities enthusiasts, he has experience of Complete story/script writing, directing, characters building, background music selection and also acted on various Stage plays, dramas, skits, Fashion shows and won many prizes. He has anchored and hosted many Annual day shows and won best recognition.

Author is having 13+ years of corporate experience and is currently working as a Project Manager, in one of the top reputed MNC in Mumbai, since 2008. His professional career

incorporates On-site work experience as a Firmware/Software Support Engineer at Mequon, Wisconsin, USA for two years and Software Application Engineer at Boston for 1.5 years. Also one year of Business Developer experience at COO’s office is adding value addition in his entire profile. Regarding achievements, he is holding 3 rd prize amongst various joiners during 3 months of training program. He is also apprised with out of ratings (i.e. full ratings) twice and recognized as a best performer within location. He has created and Leading event organizing group in corporate, which involves complete planning, designing and executing various events viz. Sports, cultural, corporate etc. and won various prizes on many occasions. He has conducted various Technical training for 40-50 group of employees, 5 day sessions of 8 hours per day, which lead him recognized as one of the best trainer with good employee feedback. As a part of Interview panel, he has taken various interviews for Senior Engineer and Project Leader positions. He has Anchored and Hosted Annual day programs and having experience of writing complete story/scripts, stage plays/dramas direction, characters building, background music selection and acted on various Stage plays, dramas, skits, Fashion shows and won many prizes.
